I hope you all had a great weekend! We helped Chris’ parents celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary in Napa and we had a really nice time. We stayed at the Candlelight Inn, tasted lots of wine, and dined on french cuisine at Bistro Jeanty. I am so glad we live just a few hours from such a beautiful place.
The title of this post is men in tights because my husband is in his glory wearing his new bike shorts. He has been riding his bike to work for over a year and a half and since we moved into our new house his commute has doubled (10 miles round trip) so we bought him a road bike. His has been itching to get his rear in a pair of padded spandex shorts for weeks and Friday was his first day sporting a new look. I decided to snap some pictures of him when he arrived home from work, I am going to call him Lord of the Dance from now on. Ha!
I am glad he enjoys riding so much, it is different than most of his hobbies that involve computers and being indoors. He really wants me to get a bike so we can ride together on the weekends, we’ll see about that, not too sure if I am ready for spandex.
