Each Sunday my sister Ashlie and I co-write a blog post about our favorite things called Sister Sister Sunday. Sister Sister Sunday is a great way for us to keep in touch every week and stay connected. Each week our theme changes so make sure to visit us every Sunday to check out what we are into next.
Thank you so much for spreading the word about Sister Sister Sunday last week, we had a great party with lots of fun projects and new ideas. To thank you we thought we would do something sweet . This week we are sharing 2 new recipes for sweet treats that will soon be your new favorites. Enjoy!
You will need your favorite brownie mix plus 3 Large Hershey’s Symphony candy bars…
Prepare brownies as stated on box. Pour half of your batter into your 9X13 inch pan. Next, lay your Hershey’s Symphony candy bars across your brownies. It may be a tight fit, but that’s okay! Pour the remainder of your brownie batter over your candy bar layer. Using a spatula spread your batter so that your bars are covered.
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch-flavored chips
1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
1 cup chopped nuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (325 degrees F for glass baking pan). In small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and butter; mix well. Press crumb mixture firmly on bottom of 13×9-inch baking pan.
