I am always talking to strangers… or I should say, they are always talking to me.  I must be very approachable or something?

I met the most gorgeous woman at a restaurant in Napa Valley last week, she was fabulous from head to toe. We were sitting next to each other at the bar when I heard her say that she was from Michigan to the bartender, of course I quickly jumped into their conversation to ask where she was from.

Turns out she grew up in Detroit and she knew exactly where my little home town was.  We chatted for a bit about Michigan and how different it is to live in California.  As we talked I couldn’t help but notice how perfect her red lipstick was, it was the perfect color; not too deep, not too bright.  As we said goodbye to each other I asked her what brand and it was she said, “La Prairie.”  When I asked her the name of the shade she answered, “Honey, there is only one red!”  Her response made my day! It is amazing what you find out about people, life, and beauty products when you have a conversation with someone new.  If you are looking for the perfect red lipstick splurge on this shade by La Prairie, it’s amazing.
