Kuzak’s Closet has organized a finders keeper vintage Belmont Hills estate sale for you this Friday and Saturday. This estate is packed with vintage ephemera and “smalls” galore! Parking is VERY LIMITED for in this neighborhood and with Friday being trash day you will need to be extra careful where you park because large trash trucks will be going up and down the hills. Best option will be parking on North Avenue off Williams and walk 2-3 blocks to the estate. We will be helping shoppers load up their treasures in the loading zone in the driveway, there are stairs going up into the house and going down to the garage.

Estate sale line up, list, waiting and entrance procedures: The first person to arrive at the sale may start an entry list. This person and any person signing the list there after must remain in the area to keep their space in line. Going to the local coffee shop to get a drink or use the restroom is allowable. Going home, going to sleep, and coming back later is not. If you decide to leave the immediate area to use a restroom or get a drink/eat, it is suggested you let another person (that is also waiting for the sale to start) know that you are doing so. We cannot enforce or administer this policy or the list directly, so we ask that you police yourselves, and abide by the above policy.
Please bring your own bags/boxes/wrapping. We will have all hands on deck with the entire staff devoted to this project so you will have plenty of help out to your car as always! We look forward to seeing you soon!
Sales tax for this sale will be 9.25%, resellers please have a copy of your license ready for us. We accept cash and credit cards, we do not sell items or give out items prices prior to the sale opening on Friday at 9am. As always, we have security on-site.
