Our private liquidation service is designed to maximize the value of each estate’s contents while maintaining complete privacy throughout the entire process. This full-service estate solution is typically completed within 4–5 days.

We organize curbside pickup at the estate, only shoppers who make an online purchase will receive the address for pickup. In tandem with the sales process, we haul donations, trash, and recycling. The estate will be left broom swept and empty. All you have to do is remove what you would like to keep and leave the rest up to us!
What do we do?
We hand process the contents of each estate, maximizing the value of what’s inside. We then find a home for what doesn’t have value through donation, recycling, and disposal, leaving each estate broom swept and empty.
All you (or your client) have to do is remove what you’d like to keep, we take care of everything else.
Our Typical Service Schedule:
Days 1 and 2
We begin each project with a meticulous room-by-room organizing process. Items of value are carefully identified, photographed, and prepared for sale with thoughtfully assigned pricing. Items designated for donation are neatly boxed, while all trash and recycling are responsibly processed.
A customized marketing campaign is then developed for each estate. We reach over 12,000+ unique followers and app users, amplified through high-impact Instagram reels, stories, and curated posts. In addition, we engage our loyal email list of dedicated shoppers to ensure maximum visibility and reach for every sale.
Day 3
The sale will launch with on the Shop Kuzak’s Closet app.
We will continue to sort and process the zones of the estate.
Day 4 and 5
We facilitate curated curbside pickup during the designated pickup window, ensuring a seamless and organized experience for shoppers. Many clients also utilize delivery services such as Lugg and Uber, and we coordinate directly with trusted local movers for larger or more complex estates, including condo buildings and expansive properties.
Once curbside pickup is complete, our team conducts a final walkthrough and completes all remaining cleanup and processing. Each estate is left broom-swept and empty.
